Bash plates are designed to fail, they are their to take abuse so your chain and your chainring don’t. But everything has a breaking point and when your job is to be beaten, repeatedly, with rocks, roots and whatever else the trail has to offer your breaking point is naturally going to come sooner.

Unite use the same plate for both their Compact Bash Guide and their Bash Guard. There are two sizes so make sure you get the right size:
